VISION: Hello World

About this work

In February or so, Denise from the VISION team stopped me after class and said to me: “We saw your portfolio. Do you want to help the ICCIT Council” — the student club for my major — “with a journal?”

VISION is the journal that the Institute of Communication, Culture, Information and Technology (ICCIT) Council puts out yearly, featuring the writing and artwork of students in the four ICCIT programs. Hello World is its sixth volume following Unmasked. 

I was recruited as Lead Designer to help with the art direction and with some title pages, and it was really an honour. I enjoyed working alongside the team — so much so that my peers actually got upset with me saying “thank you for the opportunity” as much I did.
